‘Blaxhall’s Living Past’ - Snapshots of Village Life.
This 160 page hardback book is the first output from a community-based project grant-aided by the Local Heritage Initiative. Householders within the parish receive a free copy as do individuals who have donated photographs and other material for the book.

Contents include chapters on: the beginnings of Blaxhall; the Church and the School; a chapter full of photographs by Ada Mannall who was born in the shop on Stone Common in 1881 and took many beautiful photographs of Blaxhall around 1900 - these photographs have not been seen for the past 80 years or more!; a chapter on Village Entertainment and finally a portrait gallery of villagers past and present.
